Great Cornish Food Festival reveals headline chefs

Cornwall Food & Drink has announced Birmingham-born chef April Bloomfield of the Spotted Pig and NYC in the US and Tom Adams from Pitt Cue London as headliners at the 2016 Great Cornish Food Festival.

The two chefs have recently announced a collaboration to create a new Cornish venture in an old Georgian dairy farm called Coombeshead, near Launceston with a plan to restore the original farmhouse into a guesthouse and dining room alongside 66 acres of working farm.

Bloomfield and Adams will be joined on stage by Philip Warren, local farmer and master butcher, who supplies meat to many well-known chefs and restaurants in Cornwall and London.
