Kerrymaid Culinary from Kerrymaid's range of dairy products has been put through a series of stringent trials by the Craft Guild of Chefs and scored highly for its versatility, convenience and flavour.
Chefs were also impressed with how it performed in high temperature cooking. The product was cited as "easy to use," and its smooth and creamy texture gave a "good finish."
The Culinary range has been developed especially for chefs looking for versatility across a multitude of applications. Suitable for boiling and for use in bain-maries and microwaves, it does not split, even when used with acidic or alcoholic ingredients. In cold applications, it can be poured straight from the pack, whipped to overrun three times, and piped.
