Irish chocolate brand Lily O'Brien's will this year be launching a wide selection of desserts designed for the travel and foodservice sectors.
James Duff, national account manager of foodservice at Lily O'Brien's, said: "This year, we're really excited with the introduction of our brand new premium luxury desserts in new clear pots. They bring a number of new flavours and ingredients, including seasonal recipes and some of the more popular and traditional desserts, such as the company's cheesecakes and crumbles.
"The brand's signature dessert is its Milk Chocolate Mousse with Caramel Sauce, which is made with fresh Irish cream and topped with chocolate sprinkles. Other dessert selections include St Clement's Cheesecake, Double Chocolate Mousse and Double Chocolate & Sea Salted Caramel Truffle."
Lily O'Brien's produces approximately 180 varieties of chocolates at a rate of almost 60 tonnes per week at its 40,000 sq ft chocolate factory in Newbridge, Co Kildare.
