Product Nemco "blooming onion" cutter

Purpose The cutter creates a speciality sharing dish, claimed to provide a return in excess 700% or more for US and Australian bar and club owners.

How to use After cutting a colossal onion in the cutter, simply separate the petals, dip in batter, top with seasoned breading and place upside down in a deep-fat fryer for 90 seconds. Remove the core with the supplied cutting tool and place a ramekin of dipping sauce in the centre.
