USP The pan is for use in the SCC combi-oven which can be programmed to mimic the cooking climate of a traditional Indian tandoori oven. The accessory is equally suitable for other ethnic grilled or roasted foods on skewers, such as shish kebabs.

Details It comprises a 1/1 GN rack and a set of securely locking skewers that fit in widthways or lengthways, all made of dishwasher-safe stainless steel. The skewers come in five widths and versions (round, square or flat) to accommodate all types of food. The biggest combi-oven (the SCC202) can cook 100 skewers of chicken tikka in 12 minutes while the smallest (the SCC601) can hold 30 skewers.
