Six frozen desserts from La Maison des Sorbets

Premium frozen dessert specialist La Maison des Sorbets, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, has added six new products to its 100-plus line-up of desserts for hotel and restaurant menus that are handmade by experienced chefs.

Newcomers include two luxury dairy ice-creams, Apple Crumble and Mince Pie, in four-litre tubs and a Black Cherry Sorbet offered in a two-litre tub.

Individual desserts include Pistachio Mousse (sold in packs of 12 servings) and the 12-portion Harlequin Parfait, which comprises five sorbet balls in contrasting flavours and colours in a vanilla parfait topped with meringue and surrounded by biscuit cuiller.

Completing the new line-up are two Assiettes Soufflés Glacés in Passionfruit and Truffe Aux Deux Chocolats, a rich dark chocolate truffle on a chocolate joconde base topped with white chocolate mousse with a dark chocolate glaze. Both come in packs of 32.
