I Love Snacks' healthy range comes in handy on-the-go pouches, are low-calorie and high-fibre, gluten- and GMO-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Essential Cuisine has launched Wild Mushroom and Peppercorn sauces, created by the British company's development chefs. The sauce is supplied as a concentrated liquid to be mixed with water

and double cream. One 800g jar yields five litres of sauce.

Hoshizaki Snowflake Generation II Refrigeration equipment maker Hoshizaki has expanded its Snowflake Generation II portfolio with a series of counter units in an assortment of sizes. The units are available with a 100mm welded splashback, anti-tilt drawers, LED display, variable temperature control and an operational range of between -2°C and +8°C. Kalosa Spritz ![kalosa pink-grapefruit-vodka]( Kold Group has launched an alcoholic drink, Kalosa Spritz, that contains only 99 calories. There are two variants: elderflower and gin is a blend of apples, elderflower, a dash of lemon juice and premium gin; and pink grapefruit and vodka is a blend of grapefruit and cranberries mixed with premium vodka. Rubies in the Rubble vegan mayonnaise Condiment supplier Rubies in the Rubble has launched two mayonnaises using the leftover water from tinned legumes as a vegan alternative to egg white, whisked with rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar, salt and lemon juice.
