USP This step-up from the V2O is a mains-fed water purification and filtration system that allows caterers to offer water in three formats - boiling, chilled still and chilled sparkling - from a single, space-saving font sited on the worktop. Other elements are installed below in a base cupboard.

Capacity The high-spec boiler dispenses three to four cups of water (up to 97°C) per minute while the ice bank refrigeration system produces up to 80 litres of chilled water per hour.

Features include intelligent safety feature, safety hot button, energy-efficient sleep mode, stainless-steel removable drip tray and splash-free dispensing.
