James Gill and Dennis Reus join Thatched House pub team
The recently refurbished Thatched House pub in Hammersmith has named James "Jimi" Gill as its new chef and Dennis Reus as manager. The pair have worked together at a number of London pubs including Battersea's the Fox and Hounds, the Dartmouth Castle in Hammersmith and the Swan in Chiswick. Gill trained under Thierry Laborde at the Kitchen in Parsons Green, where he held his most recent position of sous chef. Reus joins the Thatched House from the Crabtree, Fulham.
