Nathan Outlaw's 11-year-old daughter's recipe added to Burj Al Arab menu
Nathan Outlaw's 11-year-old daughter Jessica has seen her award-winning recipe for sticky toffee pudding added to the menu at his new restaurant at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai.
Nathan Outlaw has recently opened a new restaurant, Nathan Outlaw at Al Mahara, in what is described as the world's only seven-star hotel.
Jessica's dessert was added to the menu there after it won the Sticky Toffee Pudding Championships in Padstow in a blind tasting a couple of years ago, according to www.westbriton.co.uk.
Nathan - who also runs Outlaw's Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac, the Mariners at Rock and Outlaw's at the Capital Hotel in London - will visit the Dubai restaurant at least seven times a year to consult with head chef Pete Biggs.
Al Mahara, which translates as "the oyster shell", celebrates seafood and hosts a floor-to-ceiling aquarium inside the restaurant. Outlaw's menu takes inspiration from his restaurants throughout the UK, which all carry his name.
Al Mahara is open seven days a week and serves between 100-120 covers.
