Bocuse d'Or to debut vegetarian theme
The theme has been announced for the 2017 Bocuse d'Or final, and for the first time it doesn't involve meat.
The vegetarian theme was chosen to reflect the culinary trends of 2016, recognising the rise in popularity for plant-based food.
The Bocuse d'Or will be held at Sirha, a hospitality and trade show, held in Lyon, France, from 21 - 25 January 2017.
