Preet Tandi is set to collaborate on a restaurant concept with the 16-bedroom Prested Hall hotel in Essex.
Chef Tandi launched the Soho Wala Indian street food concept at London’s Soho Courthouse hotel late last year as part of his culinary development director consultancy role with Mastcraft Hotels. He was tasked with developing new fine and casual dining concepts for the group.
He was previously executive development chef at Edwardian Hotels London for two years, before which has was executive head chef at Madhu’s Heathrow and a senior chef de partie at Nobu London.
