Caper & Berry relaunches food offering at Chichester Festival Theatre
Caterer Caper & Berry has relaunched the food offering in Chichester Festival Theatre's two restaurants following a £2.5m refit.
The theatre, situated in West Sussex, reopened in 2014 following the completion of a restoration and upgrade project of the Grade II-listed building.
Now both the Brasserie (pictured) and the Minerva Bar & Grill have also benefited from a complete refurbishment.
Ryan Grant, general manager for Caper & Berry at the Festival Theatre, said: "Caper & Berry's aim has always been to provide enthusiastic and dedicated catering that combines wonderful attention to detail with outstanding service.
"We have enjoyed working with the Festival Theatre to relaunch the food offering in our two restaurants which caters to audience needs, whether they want to nibble, snack, feast or fine dine."
The Brasserie restaurant is open for pre-show dining, serving a contemporary British menu using local and seasonal ingredients as well as a choice of wines. A terrace for alfresco dining has been added as part of the refurbishment.
While, the Minerva Bar & Grill, which is open until midnight, provides a more relaxed atmosphere, offering main meals, lighter options and drinks including a selection of 20 gins.
Caper & Berry has worked with venues such as the Royal Academy and the Southbank Centre since 2001.
