Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala have teamed up with London-based wedding and event caterer Fusion Catering Solutions.
The Todiwalas, whose restaurants include Café Spice Namasté near London's Tower Bridge, have known Matt Owens (pictured), the chef, proprietor and director of food of Fusion Catering, for a number of years.
Owens said the time seemed right for the collaboration: "By working together we are now able to offer authentic Parsee, Goan and other regional Indian dishes alongside our own modern British and European cuisine.
"Many couples with different cultural backgrounds like to be able to accommodate the tastes of all their guests, and often select one style of cooking for the wedding breakfast, and another for the evening food. We're very happy to be able to announce the new menus launching in early 2014."
Cyrus Todiwala added: "We regard Matt as a good friend and, having worked with Matt in the past, and been involved ourselves for many years in catering for special events, Pervin and I admire his sense of professionalism and commitment to quality. These match our ethos at Cafe Spice Namasté where we are always keen to work with like-minded people who believe customers and quality come first."
Fusion Catering Solutions was formed three years ago and has operated at wedding and event venues in Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and Sussex.
Todiwala, who also runs Mr Todiwala's Kitchen at Heathrow Airport, recently announced plans to open a third restaurant. Assado, which will specialise in Portuguese cuisine and is being pitched as a premium casual dining venue, is expected to open in March 2014.
