Caterer Kudos has won a seven-year contract with events venue the Mermaid in London's Blackfriars, worth nearly £8m.
The deal will see Kudos introduce a range of innovative food concepts and menus for meetings, weddings and events.
Jon Pryce, managing partner of Kudos, said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to have been given this opportunity. The team has put so much hard work and effort into both creating an innovative and engaging tender and building a strong relationship with the venue, so this is a well-deserved win in my opinion.
"The venue has fantastic aspirations and a desire to offer the conference and events market something unique and we are excited to be playing a major part in this."
The Mermaid comprises a 600-seater auditorium, the River Rooms and Queenhithe - a large white box breakout space.
The contract was awarded to Kudos following a highly contested tendering process involving a host of large and small catering companies.
Meanwhile Kudos has also won a new two-year contract with Coventry University Enterprises worth £2.7m at the university's Technology Park.
The deal will see Kudos manage conferencing and banqueting catering services at the 20-acre site, which houses more than 65 companies employing over 650 staff.
Kudos will also manage and operate the Bistro staff restaurant facility, providing a range of seasonal dishes.
Commenting on the Coventry University contract win, Pryce said: "We are truly excited to have the opportunity to partner with one of Coventry's most forward-thinking and innovative conference and banqueting venues; particularly as it is our first education-related partnership."
