Lusso wins shipping firm catering contract

City caterer Lusso has won a new three-year contract with international shipping firm Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), worth £650,000.

The appointment follows a three-way tender process that was conducted as a result of MOL making the move from its current offices in Royal Mint Court to new space in Thomas More Square.

Lusso will be responsible for three foodservice operations as part of the deal: a new restaurant overlooking an atrium on the building's 10th floor; hospitality throughout the office; and a small fine dining suite.

Lusso managing director Paul Hurren (pictured) commented: "We are humbled and thrilled to be partnering MOL. Another of our clients graciously allowed the MOL board to use one of their sites for their formal board meeting dinner and our team did an amazing job in creating the right ambience and delicious food to help seal the deal."
