Ingredients

Cooked chicken
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Method

Mix diced cooked chicken breast with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Spread on bread and add slices of fresh mango plus iceberg lettuce. Best served with granary focaccia or ciabatta breads.
