Mike Carter joins Unilever Food Solutions culinary services team as a business development chef

Mike Carter has joined the Unilever Food Solutions culinary services team as a business development chef. His interest in food began aged one in the kitchen of his family's restaurant before studying at Guildford College and going on to train with the Savoy Group.

Following working in France, Carter returned to the UK where he held various operational roles from head chef to catering manager, and has spent the last 10 years working in recipe and product development for Master Foods, Nestlé and Compass.
