Brett Hercock has been promoted to the position of food and beverage director at the Grosvenor House in London. The former Acorn Award winner will head up the operational teams of food and beverage across the hotel, with responsibility for the delivery of £35m of annual food and beverage business. Hercock joined Grosvenor House 10 years ago, and prior to that held a number of roles within varying restaurants and country retreats across the Midlands and worked for contract caterers.
