Olivier Bonte joins Rockliffe Hall as restaurant manager

Olivier Bonte has joined Rockliffe Hall in County Durham as restaurant manager. He will be responsible for all aspects of the luxury hotel's food and beverage operation. After training in his native France, Bonte moved to the UK nine years ago and held senior roles at Swinton Park in North Yorkshire, the Black Swan in Helmsley and the two-Michelin-starred Midsummer House restaurant in Cambridge.
