The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 9 December, 2007
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 8.3% in the week ending 9 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £143.34, up from £132.38 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Although occupancy slipped by 0.9 percentage points to 89.5%, average room rate increased by 9.4% to £160.12 compared with £146.40 in the corresponding week of 2006.
