Bistrot Pierre opens 17th site in Altrincham
French restaurant group Bistrot Pierre has opened on Stamford Quarter's George Street, Altrincham in Greater Manchester.
The 170-cover restaurant, the brands 17th bistrot since its inception in 1994, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Heading up the operation will be general manager, Katie Salisbury alongside head chef Hamid Maiden.
Dishes are created using ingredients sourced from France. Menu items include confit de canard, boeuf bourguignon maison and steak frites.
Lunch menus will be updated monthly and the seasonal a la carte menus will be changed twice a year.
Rob Beacham, co-owner for Bistrot Pierre said: "It's an exciting time for us to be opening in Altrincham. The feedback from locals has been really positive and our team is excited about serving the delicious dishes we have to offer within our beautiful French-styled interiors. There are lots of new and exciting businesses coming to Altrincham, so we're happy to have invested into the town and create 30 new jobs for the area."
The privately-owned restaurant group has restaurants in Altrincham Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Derby, Harrogate, Ilkley, Leicester, Leamington Spa, Newport, Nottingham, Sheffield, Stockton Heath, Stratford, Plymouth, Torquay and Weston-super-Mare.
Openings in Mere Green and Swansea are planned for 2017.
