Bistrot Pierre secures 16th site as regional roll-out continues
Bistrot Pierre has announced that it has secured a site in Sutton Coldfield as it prepares to open its 16th site in Weston-super-Mare.
The French restaurant group, which has been rapidly rolling out since receiving £9.8m in investment last year, will open the new site in the £20m Mulberry Walk development in Sutton Coldfield.
It has two other openings in the pipeline, after Weston-super-Mare opens next week, in Altrincham (November 2016) and Swansea (spring 2017).
Bistrot Pierre co-owner Rob Beacham said: "The bistrot will be a welcome addition to our growing portfolio across the UK as Mere Green benefits from major regeneration and is in a sought-after location; I'm confident it will be a popular choice for locals when it opens in early 2017.
"Next month we'll be opening one of our largest bistrots in Weston-super-Mare, where major regeneration is boosting the food and drink scene and the tourism trade is thriving."
The restaurant group currently has 15 bistrots across the UK including Bath, Birmingham and Leicester.
