High-end pizza concept Bocconcino Pizzeria, devised by Moscow restaurateur Mikhail Gokhner, is to open next month in London's Mayfair.
The 127 cover site is split over two floors, with a ground floor restaurant and basement bar.
Dishes prepared in the wood-fired oven will include pizzas with toppings such as gorgonzola and pear, linguine with cuttlefish and squid ink and calzone four cheeses, filled with mozzarella, stracchino, pecorino, scamorza and tomato sauce.
The wine list will be exclusively Italian, while cocktails will focus on Italian classics such as Bellini, Negroni and Aperol Spritz.
Gokhner said: "Bocconcino Pizzeria is founded upon the finest Italian traditions. First-class service, the best quality fresh ingredients and classic Italian dishes, presented here in an elegant and contemporary dining environment."
