Gagnaire heads Chef Conference line-up
One of the world's greatest chefs will be spearheading a stellar line-up at Caterer‘s 2006 Chef Conference this spring.
Multi-Michelin-starred Pierre Gagnaire, regarded as one of France's most innovative chefs, will be giving an exclusive culinary masterclass at the event at London's Landmark hotel on 8 May.
During the chef's masterclass session delegates will be able to gain a valuable insight into Gagnaire's pioneering work at his eponymous Paris restaurant with food scientist Hervé This.
The conference will also showcase the Michelin-starred cooking talents of Jason Atherton (Maze, London), while guests will also be treated to a great double act of Sat Bains (Restaurant Sat Bains, Nottingham) and expat Paul Cunningham, who is currently cooking to great acclaim at his restaurant the Paul in Copenhagen.
Food and wine matching demonstrations from two other recent Michelin star recipients, Brett Graham (the Ledbury) and Vineet Bhatia (Rasoi Vineet Bhatia), will conclude the conference.
In keeping with the starry nature of the event, delegates can enjoy a face-to-face interview with Scotland's only two-Michelin-starred chef, Andrew Fairlie.
