The Genuine Dining Co, which is co-owned by the former chairman of PizzaExpress Luke Johnson, will open a coffee shop at 200 Aldersgate in London's Farringdon next month.
AshbyCapital has appointed the caterer to refresh the café area, which seats up to 70 people within the multi-let building.
The deal follows Genuine Dining's recent appointment to run the café at AshbyCapital's Colmore Building in Birmingham.
The updated café in the London property will feature new wall art, farmhouse tables, coffee machines and an iPad till system.
It will serve breakfast, lunch and snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks. The café area will also offer catering and hospitality services to the building's 25 tenants, which include Thomas Cook Group, Agence France-Presse, ATOC and Ford Motor Group.
The café is expected to open in early July.
Peter Ferrari, chief executive of AshbyCapital, said: "Following the exceptional and popular café offering they have implemented within our building in Birmingham, we are very pleased to appoint Genuine Dining to run the café at 200 Aldersgate.
"On-site amenities are increasingly important for occupiers who want to provide a great working environment to attract the best staff; the café at 200 Aldersgate is a fantastic place for informal meetings with clients and colleagues as well as somewhere for busy staff to grab a bite to eat at breakfast, lunch or throughout the day."
Chris Mitchell, director at the Genuine Dining Co, added: "We are excited to be extending our relationship with AshbyCapital to provide a modern food offering at 200 Aldersgate.
"Our business is built on the concept of great food and great service in a fun environment and we look forward to delivering that at this exceptional central London workplace."
Johnson's other business interests include Gail's Artisan Bakery, Eclectic Bars, Feng Sushi, 3Sixty Restaurants, the Draft House, Grand Union and Small Batch Coffee.
