Gourmet Burger Kitchen co-founder plans restaurant concept

Adam Wills, one of the co-founders of Gourmet Burger Kitchen (now owned by Clapham House), is to launch a new restaurant concept in London's Covent Garden.

The new concept, which is as yet unnamed, will occupy the site of the Box Bar at 32-34 Monmouth Street, after its owner Frank Kasynski sold the leasehold through Cedar Dean Gilmarc.

The former bar will be completely redesigned and will reopen in time for Christmas.
