Head chef of the Mailroom in Ludlow in management buy-out

Will Mason, 25, has staged a management buy-out of the Mailroom restaurant in Ludlow.
Mason will be chef patron of the restaurant after the former owners, who launched it in May 2012, sold it to pursue other interests.
The chef, who spent a year serving with the Royal Marines, was previously head chef at the restaurant, having moved to Ludlow in 2012 to work as sous chef at the Jolly Frog.
All of the staff at the restaurant will be retained and it will continue to serve classic British food, using locally sourced ingredients.
