Marco Pierre White unveils three additions to management team at forthcoming restaurant

Marco Pierre White has unveiled three new additions to the management team at his forthcoming Birmingham restaurant. Matt Osborne has been named executive head chef at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, due to open next month. He will oversee the menu, kitchen and 14 staff.

Fiona Patterson is the restaurant's new general manager. She was previously general manager at Bank restaurant in Brindley Place and has worked in hospitality for 20 years.

Sanguine Hospitality, which owns the new £13m Hotel Indigo leisure development that will house the restaurant, has also appointed Natalie Murison as head of sales across the hotel and restaurant, seen here with Hotel Indigo general manager Mark Nesbitt.
