Industry legends Michel Roux (pictured) and Brian Turner are set to host an evening of food, wine and jazz in aid of hospitality charity Hospitality Action.

Taking place at Roux at Skindles in Taplow, Berkshire, on 22 May, the evening will feature a Taittinger Champagne reception, canapes on the terrace overlooking the River Thames, followed by a dinner of sharing plates and wines.

The event will culminate in Turner, president of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, hosting a Q&A interview with Roux, followed by live jazz.
Each guest will receive a complimentary signed copy of Michel Roux's Sauces.

Tickets are £150 per person. To book your tickets please email or visit the Hospitality Action website.
