Prezzo is to expand its new Cleaver restaurant brand, which specializes in chicken, burgers and ribs, with three launches before Christmas.
The openings will be in Wokingham, Leatherhead and Oxford. They will join the first, and so far only, Cleaver restaurant in Cobham, Surrey.
The concept offers three salads and a selection of side dishes with the burgers made from prime Scottish beef, the chicken from Norfolk farms and the ribs from fully traceable locally sourced pork.
Central to the design of the restaurant is the fully open kitchen with the chefs providing an element of theatre and the chicken rotisserie clearly visible to the guests.
Cleaver operations manager, Scott Charlesworth, said: "We are looking forward to opening the three new Cleaver restaurants. We believe that they will each be good additions to the eating out scene in their respective towns."
