The team behind critically acclaimed London restaurant Terroirs is to run a two-day pop-up at the Real Wine Fair next month.
Ed Wilson and Oli Barker, who also run Brawn, Soif and the Green Man and French Horn, will run the Unfiltered Dog at the exhibition on 17 and 18 March.
Open for dinner only the 180-cover pop-up will offer a short à la carte menu of seasonal, modern European, wine-friendly dishes. The 40-bin wine list will include many of the growers exhibiting at the fair.
Dishes will include sharing platters of charcuterie, oysters and cheese; as well as quail, burnt leeks and romesco; scallops and XO sauce; salt beef, mashed potatoes, pickles and English mustard; crispy pork belly and kimchi; and desserts such as pannacotta, blood orange and Campari; and banana bread and salted butter caramel.
The Real Wine Fair is taking place on 17 and 18 March at the Tobacco Dock in Wapping, east London. Reservations for diner at the Unfiltered Dog can be made through Terroirs on 020 7036 0660.
