CombiStar team-ups from Angelo Po

The CombiStar FM423E - the baby professional steam/convection combi-oven from Angelo Po - can be teamed up with the group's 700mm-deep top elements, such as open burners, electric plates, infrared Pyroceram ranges, electric griddles and bains-marie.
The 4.5kW oven measures a compact 700mm x 505mm x 500mm but can accomodate 2/3 gastronorm containers. Oven features include a washing system, a food probe, and direct injection of steam into the cooking chamber.
