Delice de France has announced another new launch with its French heritage range, Coup de Pates. The premium frozen range aims to help caterers and chefs create exceptional reception food.
Coup De Pates, Delice de France's French sister company, has been creating frozen reception food products for more than 20 years. With this launch, Delice de France has picked the brand's best-selling favourites to offer the UK an exclusive touch of French gastronomy.
The Coup de Pates range consists of products for savoury canapés, petits fours, bread rolls, viennoiseries and semi-prepared products which make baking easy and guarantee quality, freeing up chefs' time to focus on adding their creative flair and the all-important finishing touches.
Products include: L'Evasion, which consists of delicate square portions of goats' cheese with fruit and nut, tzatziki and smoked salmon; and foie gras with pear savoury canapés, supplied 54 per unit size; and 26 products in a sweet canapés range, including petits fours, Moroccan delights, dessert cups and chocolate treats - with the highlight being dark Chocolate Fizzy Pralines.
