Hayden Groves promoted to BaxterStorey regional executive chef

Hayden Groves has been promoted to regional executive chef at BaxterStorey, reporting to regional managing director Mack Allan.

He will be tasked with offer development and strengthening the chef support team within the group and city business.

The move follows Groves' most recent position as executive chef at the caterer's Barclays contract, which was awarded to ISS in June.

Prior to joining BaxterStorey in March, Groves spent more than seven years heading up the kitchens at Lloyds of London with Elior.

Commenting on his new appointment, Groves said: "This is a natural progression for me. I am really excited about working with some of the chef talent we have within the business.

"My new job is to support the onsite brigades and help them develop their food offers but also to help them reach their full potential."
