Interstate Hotels & Resorts will manage the forthcoming Hampton by Hilton hotel at Hamilton Park Racecourse in Scotland.
The hotel management company has been appointed by the owners Hamilton Park Racecourse and will play a part in the 118-bedroom hotel's development, as well as running the property when it opens to the public in 2019.
Nicholas Northam, Interstate's UK managing director, said: "The Hampton by Hilton Hamilton Park Racecourse is set to be a great addition to our portfolio."
He added: "With its fantastic location, the facilities to cater for events - from weddings through to conferences - and the great offering Hampton by Hilton hotels are renowned for, its arrival in Hamilton will further enhance the racecourse's position as a great place for both business and tourism."
The hotel, located on Bothwell Road, secured planning permission from South Lanarkshire Council in December 2017. Work commenced on the project in July 2018 and it is expected to complete ready for opening by summer 2019.
Vivien Currie, chief executive at Hamilton Park Racecourse, said: "We are delighted to be delivering this landmark project at Hamilton Park Racecourse and are certain it will deliver substantial benefits to our existing business and the wider economy.
"The project has been driven by both public demand, largely from our local customer base, not only for race days but for weddings and other events, and from our racing personnel."
