Boundary restaurant names Rupert Taylor as head sommelier

Prescott & Conran has appointed Rupert Taylor as the new head sommelier at the Boundary restaurant in Shoreditch, east London. Currently on the sommelier team at Boundary, he replaces Gabriel Danis, who has accepted a role in Singapore. Before joining Boundary, Taylor was sommelier and wine buyer at the Trinity restaurant in Clapham, south London, having worked on the sommelier team at Locanda Locatelli. He will now oversee the Boundary's wine list, which features approximately 500 bins.
