Canalside restaurant in Hemel Hempstead changes hands

The canalside Venezia restaurant, which overlooks Apsley Lock in Hemel Hempstead's new Apsley Marina Development, has been sold to brothers Enrico and David Violino.

The new owners plan to rebrand the restaurant but retain the Italian theme.

The Milton Keynes office of Christie + Co sold the long leasehold (or virtual freehold) off a guide price of £325,000 on behalf of Helen Richards.
