Leisure specialist Restaurant Property has teamed up with restaurateur David Moore (pictured) to launch a new consultancy arm of the business, the company has announced.
The consultancy will draw on Moore's experience as owner of Michelin-starred London restaurants Pied à Terre and L'Autre Pied to offer a range of services including guidance for start-ups, advising landlords on tenant selection and help turning around flagging sites.
Restaurant Property agency director David Rawlinson said: "David Moore is the obvious choice as a restaurant consultant. He is a high-profile figure with more than 20 years' experience in the premier league of restaurants. He has a meticulous eye for detail. And he is renowned for how quickly he spots potential problems and then solves them."
Moore added: "I am very much looking forward to working with Restaurant Property. They are a very professional organisation with fantastic market knowledge. They are on the inside track of many of the most significant restaurant deals. Together we can help start-ups source all their requirements and fine tune new concepts to give them the best chance of success."
