Recipe: Nivole spritz
This take on the Aperol spritz uses a crisp Italian wine for a refreshing drink
A Piedmontese take on the classic Italian cocktail, incorporating an effervescent, summer wine.
Ingredients
- 50ml Aperol
- 75ml Michele Chiarlo Nivole, Moscato d'Asti
- 25ml sparkling water
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a red wine glass and fill with ice. Stir gently with a bar spoon and garnish with a wedge of orange.
