Simon Rogan's the French raises £4,100 for Hospitality Action

The French, Simon Rogan's restaurant in Manchester's Midland hotel, has raised £4,100 for industry charity Hospitality Action.

Each menu focused on British ingredients from Cumbria and local suppliers, and was priced at £100 per person, with a wine flight available on request at £60 extra. The events formed part of the Manchester Food and Drink Festival, which took place from 10 September to 21 September.

Hospitality Action seeks to provide emotional and financial support to present and past employees of the hospitality industry who have fallen on difficult times.
