Mimosa, the Parisian restaurant run by chef Jean-François Piège, will open a London outpost in the capital’s Langham London hotel.

Tessa Gorman has been appointed managing director of Rosewood London, replacing Michael Bonsor, who will move on to lead the brand’s new Chancery Rosewood hotel.
